- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband used this dentist in '13 for the extraction of a wisdom tooth; after the procedure we paid our insurance co-pay and they billed our insurance. A month later I received a notice that we had been turned over to a collection agency for $8.00; I was shocked because I thought the amount was paid in full, but I promptly paid the $8.00. Today 10/15/14, I attempted to make an appointment to have a cracked tooth fixed. They found my husband's record and said it was "flagged" for being turned over to collection. I said "It was $8.00 and I paid it as soon as I found out." Their response was "That does not matter it is company policy that once flagged we can no longer see the patient or any of their family members regardless of the reason." Really...? I find this to be asinine, and pretentious; a clerical error on their part is making me have to find a new dentist.March 20, 2017by J'Rie Blackwell-Elliott
